Coverlet Sets
What is a coverlet?
A coverlet is quite similar to a quilt, as it is another type of bedspread typically with two fabric layers and a fiber filling, either as a decorative bedding layer or an extra source of warmth and comfort. Made with recycled microfiber shells and recycled polyester fills, these eco-friendly are brushed for additional comfort, and are much more budget-conscious than most typical quilt sets, offering simple comfort and carrying exclusive seasonal designs.
What comes in a coverlet set?
All of our coverlet sets includes a single coverlet for your bed, and matching pillow sham(s). Twin and Twin XL sets contain one pillow sham, while any larger sizes will contain two.
How do you use a coverlet?
Coverlets can be used either as a single layer by itself, or by layering with other pieces like duvet covers, blankets, and comforters. Since coverlets often feature detailed and patterned designs, they work excellently as a stylish top layer, but for warm sleepers and hot seasons a coverlet can be used all on its own above your regular sheeting.
What's the difference between quilts and coverlets?
Both coverlets and quilts work as versatile layers for rest, leisure, and interior decorating purposes thanks to their unique designs. The main differences between the two have to do with their quality. Quilts tend to feature a higher-quality materials like cotton, and tend to provide better year-round comfort and warmth. Meanwhile, our coverlets tend to be slightly thinner than most quilts, are more economically-priced, and are primarily made with recycled materials.
