WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash in cold water and tumble dry on an air dry cycle (or lowest heat setting possible) to prevent shrinkage. Wash inside out on gentle cycle with a concentrated laundry detergent. Use only non-chlorine bleach. Touch up with an iron as needed. Do not dry clean.

What they don't tell you about bamboo bedding...
I had to learn the hard way about bamboo bedding. What they don't tell you is how absorbent bamboo is and how it literally soaks up body oils which makes laundering these pillow cases and removing the body oil and stains a real pain. While they're definitely soft, I will stop using these pillow cases and go buy cotton pillow cases like what I was using before I switched to bamboo because I never had this issue with cotton pillow cases. Time is too much of a precious commodity to have to presoak pillow cases in Dawn dish soap to break down the oil so the oil and stains come out in the wash. I have done a fair amount of research on this issue and part of the problem is how you need to avoid washing bamboo bedding in hot water and/or with harsher laundry stain removers which could make the laundering process easier. I am also having the same issue with a fitted bamboo bed sheet but to a bit lesser degree. This may not be an issue for everyone but if you have oily skin, use hair product and/or tend to sweat while sleeping, bamboo pillow cases may not be for you. Lesson learned I guess.
