From the very first night I felt the positive effects of this blanket! It's like sleeping in a full body hug. My only suggestion is that it needs more loops to secure the blanket inside a duvet cover. It only has loops at each corner.

No magic bullet
I thought that this would help me get a better sleep but it certainly is no magic bullet. I was hoping this would be cooler but still with some weight on hot nights when I can't use my usual heavy comforter but this is just as hot. I also find it makes me sore if I use it for multiple nights in a row.
The fabric is not great, it reminds me of the material that the outside of sleeping bags are made of, not really pleasant to have against the skin. This is also too heavy to wash so you definitely need to have a cover. Unfortunately options are limited as this is not a standard size, it is slightly smaller than a twin duvet so if you don't like the matching cover available your options are limited. I ended up altering a cotton twin sized duvet cover to fit because I didn't like the fabric or colour of the matching cover.
Despite these issues, it is still nice to have availible as something to try when you are having a hard time falling asleep. It does wrap around your body like a hug which is sometimes what you need.

it’s cozy the only complaint is… i wish it was bigger! it does however fit nicely attached to the strings of the duvet and duvet cover. it’s size it exactly as the top mattress and doesn’t cover the sides. Still 100% happy with the comfort!
